  6. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs associated with returning the drone for warranty service. We will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product to the customer.

  7. Customer Responsibilities: To qualify for warranty service, the customer must provide proof of purchase and follow the proper maintenance and operating guidelines outlined in the product manual.

  8. Non-Warranty Repairs: If the drone is outside the warranty period or the issue is not covered by the warranty, we offer paid repair services. Our customer support team will provide a quotation for the repair cost before proceeding with any non-warranty repairs.
